目的 探讨虚拟情景模拟实训系统在介入放射学实验教学中的应用效果.方法 选取蚌埠医科大学 2022年 9 月—2023 年 6 月参与介入放射学实验课的 603 名学生为研究对象,利用放射学教研室构建的虚拟情景模拟实训系统进行介入放射学实验教学,课后以匿名调查问卷方式了解学生对该系统的评价.结果 603 名学生均用虚拟情景模拟实训系统完成介入放射学实验教学,603 名学生操作评分均>60 分,其中 60~69分的 100 名(16.58%)、70~79 分的 157 名(26.04%)、80~89 分 的 164 名(27.20%),≥90 分 的 182 名(30.18%),平均得分为(81.95±11.07)分.在掌握情况方面,97.84%(590/603)的学生熟悉了介入试验相关器材,95.52%(576/603)的学生表示知道了介入手术的具体操作,91.87%(554/603)的学生认为可以完成操作;在系统优势方面,99.17%(598/603)的学生认为系统能使带教老师和学员避免放射线的损害,97.35%(587/603)的学生认为能减少在实际手术中的错误和风险以及进入手术室观摩所带来的污染风险,保证了患者的身体健康,89.22%(538/603)的学生认为能节约材料、节省成本;在系统不足方面,31.01%(187/603)的学生认为软件会出现卡顿,27.86%(168/603)的学生认为步骤繁多,容易颠倒顺序,59.54%(359/603)的学生认为缺乏真实上手术台操作的手感.结论 虚拟情景模拟实训系统具有形式新颖、方便快捷、互动性强、平台开放及可移动性等特点,可培养学生的创新精神和辩证思维和动手能力,强化训练学生的临床实践操作技能.
Objective To explore the application effect of virtual scenario simulation training system in interventional radiology experiment teaching.Methods A total of 603 students who participated in the experimental course of interventional radiology in Bengbu Medical University from September 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the research objects.Interventional radiology experiment teaching was conducted by using the virtual scenario simulation training system constructed by the Department of Radiology Paper approach to understand students'evaluation of the system.Result All 603 students scored more than 60 points,of which 100(16.58%)students scored 60-69 points,157(26.04%)students scored 70-79 points,164(27.20%)students scored 80-89 points,and 182(30.18%)students scored≥90 points,with an average score of(81.95±11.07)points.In terms of mastering the situation,97.84%(590/603)students were familiar with the equipment related to interventional test,95.52%(576/603)students said they knew the specific operation of interventional surgery,and 91.87%(554/603)students thought they could complete the operation.In terms of system advantages,99.17%(598/603)students believed that the system could prevent teachers and students from being harmed by radiation,97.35%(587/603)students believed that the system could reduce errors and risks in actual surgery and the risk of contamination caused by entering the operating room for observation,thus ensuring the health of patients.89.22%(538/603)of the students thought it could save materials and costs.In terms of system deficiencies,31.01%(187/603)students thought that the software would appear to be delayed,27.86%(168/603)students think that the steps were too many,easy to reverse the order,59.54%(359/603)of the students thought that they lack the feel of real operation on the operating table.Conclusion The virtual scenario simulation training system has the characteristics of novel form,convenient and fast,strong interactivity,open platform and mobility,which can cultivate students'innovative spirit,dialectical thinking and hands-on ability,and strengthen the training of students'clinical practice operation skills.
