Cultivation of Rheumatism Clinical Teaching to the Clinical Thinking Ability of Medical Postgraduates
Clinical thinking ability is the basic guarantee for clinical medical graduate students from theory to practice,and the teaching point of resident standardized training stage.However,the teaching mode that only pays attention to the clinical knowledge and ignores the clinical thinking ability can not adapt to the current teaching environment.Rheumatology is a discipline with high requirements for the clinical thinking ability of clinical educators and medical graduate students,owing to the disease's multi-systematicness,complexity and variability.This article analyzes the present cultivation of clinical thinking ability during the standardized training for residents under the background of"Four Certificates in One"Program.Based on the characteristics of rheumatic diseases,this article will systematically elaborate the key points and difficulties of rheumatism clinical teaching and the application of various new teaching modes,discuss its role in the cultivation of the clinical thinking ability training of medical graduate students,and emphasize the importance of rheumatism clinical teaching in internal medicine teaching,aiming to provide reference for resident standardized training in China.
