分层递进教学在内科基地住院医师规范化培训中的实践探索

随着我国住院医师规范化培训(简称"住培")的持续发展,分层教学的理念越来越得到重视.内科基地作为一个包含多个亚专科学科的基地,分层递进教学的实施存在着较大的困难.香港大学深圳医院内科住院医师规范化培训基地从七个基本环节初步探索了分层递进的教学方法,包括:学员分层、教师分层、轮转计划分层、教学目标分层、教学内容分层、考核分层以及分层反馈与评价.在实践中不断改进完善,循序渐进地落实分层递进教学.经过2年多的实践,结果初见成效.学员和教师的积极性有所提高,学员的核心胜任力和三大考核成绩(执业医师考试、国家年度水平测试和结业考核)亦得到提高.
With the continuous development of the standardized training for resident doctors in our country,the concept of stratified teaching has been paid more and more attention.Being a multi-disciplinary professional base,there are great difficulties in the implementation of stratified and progressive teaching in internal medicine base.The standardized training base of internal medicine resident doctors of Shenzhen Hospital of the University of Hong Kong initially explored the hierarchical and progressive teaching method from seven basic links,It includes:student stratification,teacher stratification,rotation plan stratification,teaching objective stratification,teaching content stratification,assessment stratification and hierarchical feedback and evaluation.In practice,continuous improvement and improvement,step by step to implement hierarchical progressive teaching.After more than 2 years of continuous practice and plan-do-check-act cycle,The results are beginning to pay off.The enthusiasm of trainees and teachers has improved.The core competence and the passing rate of licensing examination,the national annual proficiency test and final tests of the trainees have all improved too.
