Promoting the construction of new engineering,new medical,new agricultural,and new humanities has become a strategic,critical,and innovative approach to the independent cultivation of outstanding talents in China's higher education.Medical colleges and universities are the main places for the training of medical talents,and young teachers,as the backbone of the construction of new medical science,should play their due roles in improving campus cultural environment,integrating ideological and political classes,and strengthening professional teachers.How to undertake teaching tasks well and improve teaching quality is the primary task of training young teachers.This paper expounds the thinking of young doctors in neonatology teaching under the background of new medical construction,and discusses the solid knowledge reserve needed by young teachers,diversified teaching modes,teaching activities or courses involved,and self-summary.
