The Realistic Dilemma,Theoretical Basis and Development Strategy of Clinical Teachers'Teaching Ability Development Based on the Background of"Coordination of Medical Education"
In the process of improving teachers'teaching ability,medical colleges pay insufficient attention to clinical teachers,which leads to the failure to improve the teaching level,teaching quality and teaching research of clinical teachers simultaneously.Based on the perspective of"medical education collaboration",this paper analyzes the current situation of clinical teachers'teaching ability and the realistic dilemma of medical education reform and development.Drawing on the three concepts of teaching culture concept,adult learning theory and teacher professional development stage,three strategies are proposed,namely,the construction of medical education collaborative education development institutions,multi-path training system and the improvement of clinical teachers'teaching development evaluation system.
