Application of Crisis Resource Management in Clinical Anesthesiologist Training
Higher standards for the development of anesthesia skills have been set against the backdrop of the new era and the promotion of the development of new medical science.Comprehensive crisis resource management capacity holds a central and important place in clinical anesthesia education as one of the fundamental attributes of clinical anesthesiologists.It is challenging to maintain the advancement of traditional clinical education in light of changing circumstances and patients'increased awareness of self-protection.With the progress of the information age,the teaching methods based on problem-based learning(PBL),simulation training,and practical teaching,supplemented by other means,have become the mainstream of clinical anaesthesia training methods.This paper focuses on crisis resource management in anaesthesia training,introduces its significance in anaesthesia training,and briefly introduces the main training methods in clinical anaesthesia,etc,with a view to providing reference and guidance for the subsequent proposal of more perfect anaesthesia training methods,and providing support and assistance for the cultivation of complex and innovative anaesthesia talents.
