多方位、全过程育人模式在妇产科学课程思政教学中的应用

摘要
思想政治工作应贯穿高校教育教学全过程,以实现高等教育的全程、全方位育人理念.妇产科学是医学生的核心必修课程之一,为了确保课程育人和育才同向同行,教研室重构了妇产科学教学体系,将理论课程和实践课程相结合,以"互联网+"助力思政课程,体系化建立了"多方位、全过程育人"的课程思政教学模式.文章以典型思政案例分段落、多方位、全过程融入《子宫肌瘤》专业课程教学为例,在理论课程讲授、临床见习和社会实践三种教学场景中以不同形式分段、逐层引入思政内容,以达成本课程思政教学目标:传承奉献精神、培育科学精神、弘扬医者精神和倡导人文关怀.案例呈现出本课程知识传授、能力培养与价值引领的同向同行和有效融合,为妇产科学专业思政课程的建设和实施提供参考.
Abstract
Ideological and political work should run through the whole process of college education and teaching,in order to realize the whole process of higher education,all-round education concept.Obstetrics and gynecology is one of the core compulsory courses for medical students.In order to ensure that the talent education and knowledge study of the curriculum achieve at the same time,the teaching and research department reconstructed the teaching system of obstetrics and gynecology,and systematically establishes a"multi-direction and whole-process education"model of ideological and political education in obstetrics and gynecology courses with the combination of theoretical courses and practical courses,and the help of"Internet plus".Taking typical ideological and political cases as an example,the article introduces ideological and political content in different forms and layers in three teaching scenarios of theoretical course teaching,clinical internship and social practice,so as to achieve the goal of ideological and political teaching:inheriting the spirit of dedication,cultivating the spirit of science,promoting the spirit of medical practitioners and advocating humanistic care.The case shows the effective integration of knowledge teaching,ability training and value guidance of this course,which provides a reference for the construction and implementation of the ideological and political course of obstetrics and gynecology.
