The spirit of educators is the highest realm of teacher's professional spirit.Paying attention to this spirit is important to teacher morality construction.The spirit of educators contains three basic dimensions:excellent teaching ability,strong social responsibility and firm self-awareness of dedication.These dimensions point out three directions of teacher morality.Therefore,teacher morality cultivation in the new era must pay special attention to the improvement of teachers'teaching ability,the cultivation of teachers'spirit of contributing to society and the construction of teacher morality of"learning for themselves".
