摘要

从教育家精神的历史根脉来看,中华优秀传统文化是教育家精神的文化根基,中华传统教育哲学是教育家精神的价值依据,新时代教师教育政策话语是教育家精神的理论指引.教育家精神的内涵特质为以思想立场为根本原则、以师德师风为第一标准、以仁智统一为育人宗旨、以实践创新为专业内核、以奉献仁爱为师者情怀,以文化自信为立德途径.教育家精神是加快我国教育现代化进程的现实需要、落实立德树人根本任务的客观要求和推进高质量教师队伍建设的内在标准,培育教育家精神需结合本土文化资源激发教师成长动力,迭代"优师强师"的培育机制;坚持自我教育与外部支持相结合,创设尊师重教的整体氛围.

Abstract

From the historical origin of the spirit of educators,fine traditional Chinese culture is the cultural root of the spirit,while traditional Chinese educational philosophy is the value basis,and teacher education policy in the new era is the theoretical guidance.The spirit regards ideological position as fundamental principle,teacher morality and style as first standard,the unity of benevolence and wisdom as education purpose,practice and innovation as professional core,dedication and love as teacher affection and culture as the carrier of virtue.Carrying forward the spirit of educators is the realistic need to speed up educational modernization,the objective requirement to implement the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education and the internal standard to construct high-quality faculty.To cultivate the spirit,we need to combine local cultural resources to stimulate teachers'growth motivation and iterate the cultivation mechanism of"improving faculty"and combine self-education and external support and create the atmosphere of respecting teachers and emphasizing teaching.
