摘要

自我国1993年颁布《中华人民共和国教师法》,规定实行国家教师资格制度以来,随着经济社会和教育的发展,教师职业准入门槛不断提高,中小学教师资格考试制度经历了认定考试、全国统考和国家教师资格考试的不断演变.目前,国家教师资格考试制度呈现新的发展形态,高校考核、全国统考是国家教师资格考试制度发展形态的基本表现方式.这两种考试形态在测评目标、考试实施主体、考试作用、考试对象、测评标准、测评内容与方式方法、考核学段与可任教学科范围、考试组织管理模式以及测评质量保障方面存在差异.

Abstract

Since the implementation of National Teacher Certification System in Teachers Law of the People's Republic of China in 1993,with the development of economy,society and education,the admission threshold for teacher profession has been continuously raised,and teacher certification examination has undergone evolution of recognition examination,national unified examination and national teacher certification examination.At present,national teacher certification examination system presents a new development form,and college assessment and national unified examination are the basic manifestations of it.There are differences between the two examination systems in evaluation objective,examination subject,examination function,examination object,evaluation standards,content and method,examination grades and disciplines,examination organization and management mode,and evaluation quality assurance.
