摘要
加强教师队伍建设是建设教育强国最重要的基础工作.习近平总书记关于教育家精神的重要论述具有鲜明的理论品性、深厚的历史底蕴和强烈的现实关怀,呈现出既有对以往相关重要论述的因袭继承,又在纵向上要求提档升级、横向上内涵扩充深化的演进思路,其旨归是全面落实立德树人根本任务,办好人民满意的教育.心有大我、至诚报国的理想信念,言为士则、行为世范的道德情操,启智润心、因材施教的育人智慧,勤学笃行、求是创新的躬耕态度,乐教爱生、甘于奉献的仁爱之心,胸怀天下、以文化人的弘道追求,是教育家精神的核心要义,高度凝练和集中表达了新时代建设教育强国道路上广大教师应具有的精神风貌.习近平总书记关于教育家精神的重要论述有利于激励广大教师见贤思齐、接续奋斗,打造具有中国特色的教育家品质,加快推进拔尖创新人才自主培养,推动教育现代化和民族复兴伟业.
Abstract
Strengthening faculty construction is the most fundamental task in the process of constructing education power.Xi Jinping's expositions on the spirit of educators have specific theoretical basis,profound historical origins,and strong realistic concern,not only inheriting previous discussion,but also reflecting the evolution of vertical deepening and horizontal expansion,and its purpose is the full implementation of the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education and provide education to the satisfaction of the people.Its core principles include the ideal of serving the country,noble moral sentiments,rich wisdom of educating people,diligent and innovative practice attitude,warm hearts of dedication,and broad pursuit of the world,which summarizes the image of teachers in the new era in education power construction.It is of great significance to inspire teachers to continue to work hard,cultivate the quality of educators with Chinese characteristics,accelerate the independent cultivation of top-notch innovative talents,and promote educational modernization and the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
