摘要
教育家精神是推动中国教育事业发展的内生力量和精神支柱.中华优秀传统文化中的师道思想、推进教育强国建设的现实需要、中国共产党领导下教师奋斗的实践智慧,共同构成了教育家精神的生成机理.教育家精神呈现出人民性和政治性、传承性和示范性、目的性和规律性、理论性和实践性、情感倾向性和意志坚定性、开放性与包容性高度统一的内在特征.教育家精神在建设教育强国、锻造强国之师、涵育时代新人上具有独特的时代价值.
Abstract
The spirit of educators is an endogenous force and spiritual pillar to promote the development of China's education.The joint effect of teacher's way of thinking in fine traditional Chinese culture,the practical need to accelerate the construction of education power,and the wisdom of teachers under the guidance of the Communist Party of China have built the formation mechanism of the spirit.The spirit has the internal features of the nature of people and politics,inheritance and demonstration,purposefulness and regularity,theory and practice,the tendency of emotion and the will to be resolute,and openness and inclusivity.The spirit has unique contemporary value for the construction of education power,forging strong teachers and nurturing new generations.
