摘要

选拔是拔尖创新人才选育过程中的首要环节,直接关系着拔尖创新人才的培养质量.受到路径依赖、已有模式的影响,当前拔尖创新人才选拔中存在选拔方式与考核方式单一、受学生地域及背景限制、选拔过程精准度欠缺等困境.国际拔尖创新人才选拔主要采取选拔资格审查的群体推选、自主申请和多元主体调查,以标准化智力测试鉴别超常儿童认知能力,在基础知识测试中进行提前高考及专业知识测试,在综合素质考察中开展多学科专业面试及整体评测等举措.借鉴此类做法,我国拔尖创新人才选拔应明确资格审查制度,建立鉴别拔尖创新人才的第三方专业机构,优化拔尖创新人才的评价标准与指标体系,建立拔尖创新人才综合素质追踪信息平台及电子档案等优化路径.

Abstract

Selection is the primary step in the process of selecting top-notch innovative talents,which directly affects the quality of cultivating top-notch innovative talents.Due to path dependence and existing models,there are currently dilemmas in the selection,such as single selection and assessment method and a lack of accuracy limited by student regions and backgrounds.International selection model has employed group selection and diversified identification procedures for qualification review,cognitive ability tests for identifying exceptional children in standardized intelligence tests,advanced college entrance exams and basic knowledge tests in basic knowledge tests,and multi-disciplinary professional interviews and overall evaluation in comprehensive quality assessments.Based on this,it is proposed to clarify the qualification review system for the selection in China,establish third-party professional institutions to identify top innovative talents,optimize the evaluation criteria and indicator system,and establish a comprehensive quality tracking information platform and electronic archive.
