摘要

特殊教育教材高质量发展是特殊教育普惠发展的关键支撑,是基础教育均衡发展的重要保障,是深化课程教学改革的必然要求.当前,我国特教教材在系统规划、教材编写质量、教材配套工作和出版发行机制方面面临严峻的挑战.在新的历史时期,推进特教教材高质量发展,要提升宏观政治站位,严把教材质量关,建强编研队伍,系统完善制度体系.

Abstract

High-quality development of special education textbook is the key factor for the inclusive development of special education,the important guarantee for the balanced development of basic education,and the necessary requirement for deepening the reform of curriculum and teaching.At present,China's special education textbook is facing critical challenges in systematic planning,textbook compilation quality,supporting resource,and publishing,distribution mechanism.In the new era,to promote the high-quality development,we need to enhance macro political positioning,control textbook quality,optimize compilation and research team construction,and systematically improve the institution.
