摘要

高质量乡村教师队伍建设是新时代乡村振兴和教育强国战略推进的重要保障.新时代乡村教育高质量发展亟须纾解乡村教师自我认同的结构性困境,帮助他们能动嵌入乡村社会,安心从教.这需要引导教师以自反性建构与主体重塑缓释城乡结构张力的挤压,以"教育家精神"为价值锚定冲破反向标签的藩篱.同时,相关部门多方联动,协同政策组合及制度赋权增能,促进乡村教师厚植嵌入乡土的价值信念和专业认同感提升.

Abstract

The construction of high-quality rural teacher team is an important guarantee for the revitalization of rural areas and the strategic promotion of an education power in the new era.The development of high-quality rural education needs to tackle the structural dilemma of self-identity to help the teachers get used to rural society and devote themselves into teaching.This needs to guide teachers to ease the squeeze of urban-rural structural tension by reflexive construction and subject remolding and break through the barrier of reverse label with the spirit of educators as value anchor.At the same time,relevant departments should cooperate with each other and combine policy with institution,so as to promote rural teachers'values,beliefs and professional identity.
