摘要

培养学生良好的心理素质是落实素质教育方针,促进学生全面发展的迫切需要.心理素质研究在中国已经走过30多年历程,然而已有研究成果多集中于中小学阶段,大学生心理素质研究相对薄弱.大学生心理素质研究大致分为萌芽期、起步期、发展期与深入期四个阶段.对大学生心理素质现状的研究显示:大学生个性品质发展较好,认知品质和适应能力仍有提升的空间;男生心理素质得分显著高于女生;学生的心理素质水平随年级增长呈现先降低再升高的"U"形趋势;来自东部地区或是大城市等经济发展相对较好地区的大学生心理素质水平相对更高.大学生心理素质研究发展的未来,一是深入开展大学生心理素质理论与实证研究;二是提升大学生心理素质研究的实践性和应用性;三是坚持中国特色,兼顾跨文化交流.

Abstract

Cultivating students'psychological suzhi is an urgent need to implement the policy of quality education and promote their all-round development.Research on psychological suzhi in China has gone through more than 30 years,but mostly concentrated in primary and secondary school,and research on college students is relatively weak.Research on college students'psychological suzhi can be roughly divided into germination,initial,development and in-depth stage,showing that college students'personality suzhi has developed well and there is still room for improvement in their cognitive quality and adaptability,boys get higher scores than girls,the psychological suzhi level shows a U-shaped trend of first decreasing and then increasing with the increase of grades,and students from eastern regions or big cities with relatively good economic and social development have a higher level of psychological suzhi.In the future,we should carry out in-depth theoretical and empirical research on college students'psychological suzhi,improve the practicality and application of the research,and adhere to Chinese characteristics and give consideration to cross-cultural exchanges.
