The development of school effectiveness research in China mainly includes the basic development period of introducing foreign school research result,the exploration and development period of building localized school effectiveness research paradigm,and the application and promotion period focusing on school effectiveness evaluation and research results focus on the connotation definition,evaluation research and influencing factors of school effectiveness.In the future,the research should keep up with frontier and deepen evaluation research,integrate research method to promote mixed research,and strengthen local research and promote research innovation.
