英国医学研究理事会肌力测试在重症监护室患儿中的评定者间信度

摘要
目的 确定英国医学研究理事会(MRC)肌力测试应用于危重症儿童的评定者间信度.方法 选择2022年6月至2023年3月在复旦大学附属儿科医院重症监护室住院的2～12岁危重症患儿41例,由两名治疗师分别对患儿进行MRC肌力测试.结果 MRC总分评定者间信度良好(ICC = 0.788,95%CI 0.636～0.881,P<0.001),上、下肢MRC总分信度良好至极好(ICC = 0.641～0.803,95%CI 0.419～0.890,P<0.001);对≥7岁儿童,MRC总分信度极好(ICC = 0.855,95%CI 0.692～0.935,P<0.001).结论 MRC肌力测试在危重症患儿人群中具有满意的评定者间信度,对学龄儿童信度可能更好.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the inter-rater reliability of Medical Research Council(MRC)muscle strength test in critically ill children.Methods From June,2022,to March,2023,41 critically ill children aged two to twelve years were involved from the Pe-diatric Intensive Care Unit of Children's Hospital of Fudan University.Two physiotherapists implemented MRC muscle strength tests separately.Results MRC total score was good in inter-rater reliability(ICC = 0.788,95%CI 0.636 to 0.881,P<0.001),as well as both the scores of upper limbs and lower limbs(ICC = 0.641 to 0.803,95%CI 0.419 to 0.890,P<0.001).For children more than seven years old,MRC total score was excellent in inter-rater reliability(ICC = 0.855,95%CI 0.692 to 0.935,P<0.001).Conclusion MRC muscle strength test is good in inter-rater reliability for critically ill children,especially for school-age children.
