摘要
目的 分析我国智能康复的发展研究现状和前沿趋势.方法 检索从 2014年至 2024年中国知网、万方数据库、维普数据库中以智能康复为主题的文献,采用CiteSpace 6.2.R4进行可视化分析.结果 共计纳入文献1 861篇.我国智能康复领域的年度发文数量呈上升趋势,2023年达到最高值为659篇.发文量最多的机构是上海理工大学.高频关键词包括脑卒中、康复训练、机器人等,突现词包括早期干预、新生儿、脑性瘫痪等.结论 智能康复领域年度发文数量呈上升趋势,人工智能、脑卒中和智力发育等是研究的重点领域.深入研究人工智能、机器人等技术在康复领域的应用,关注特殊人群康复需求,可能为该领域的研究趋势.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the current situation and frontier trends of the research on intelligent rehabilitation in China.Methods Literatures with the theme of intelligent rehabilitation were retrieved from CNKI,Wanfang database and VIP database from 2014 to 2024,and visual analysis was carried out using CiteSpace 6.2.R4.Results A total of 1 861 Chinese literatures were included.The annual number of publications in the field of intelligent rehabilitation in China showed an upward trend,reaching the highest value of 659 in 2023.The institution that has published the largest number of Chinese literature is Shanghai University of Science and Technology.The high-frequency Chinese keywords included stroke,rehabilitation training,robot,etc.,and the bursting keywords included early intervention,newborn,cerebral palsy,etc.Conclusion The annual number of publications in the field of intelligent rehabilitation is on the rise.Artificial intelli-gence,stroke and intellectual development are the key research areas.In-depth research on the application of technologies such as artificial intelligence and robots in the field of rehabilitation and focusing on the rehabilita-tion needs of special populations may be the research trends in the future.
