摘要
术语翻译是科技文本翻译的重中之重,建筑工程术语翻译的准确性极大地影响着其文本的信息传递功能.文章基于英语建筑工程文本的翻译实践,通过对建筑工程术语的解析和归纳,概述了建筑工程术语的词汇特征,探讨了相应的汉译策略,并提出了其汉译要点.
Abstract
Terminology translation is part and parcel of scientific and technological translation,and the accura-cy of translation of architectural engineering terms greatly affects the informative function of the texts.Based on the Chinese translation of architectural engineering texts,we outlined the lexical features of the terms,discussed the corresponding translation strategies and put forward the key points of translation through analyzing and gener-alizing of architectural engineering terms.
