摘要
作为物理学最大的分支,凝聚态物理聚焦凝聚态物质的物理性质、微观结构及它们之间关系,具有内涵丰富,基础性、应用性和交叉性强等特征.本文旨在结合实例探讨凝聚态物理的英语术语特征及其翻译策略,以期为凝聚态物理英语文本的汉译提供参考.
Abstract
As the largest sub-branch of physics,Condensed Matter Physics focuses on the physical properties and micro-structure of condensed matter,the relationship between them,and is characterized by a series of diversity,fundamentality,applicability and interdisciplinarity.This paper attempts to analyze characteristics of English terms in the field of Condensed matter physics with translation examples,aiming to explore the translation strategies for English terms of Condensed matter physics,and to provide the reference for the translation of Condensed matter physics English texts into Chinese.
