数字普惠金融对中小企业技术创新的影响及传导路径研究

数字普惠金融对促进中小企业技术创新、推动中国经济高质量发展具有重要意义.本文基于2016-2020 年新三板企业面板数据,运用固定效应模型和中介效应模型,实证检验数字普惠金融对中小企业技术创新的影响及其传导路径.研究结果表明:数字普惠金融对中小企业技术创新有显著促进作用,且该结果具有稳健性,数字普惠金融可以通过减少企业融资费用、降低信息不对称来促进中小企业技术创新;进一步分析显示,数字普惠金融数字化程度提升对中小企业技术创新促进效果更明显,数字普惠金融对中小企业技术创新的促进作用在非东部地区和"专精特新"企业中效果更明显.本文拓展了数字普惠金融对中小企业技术创新影响的传导路径研究与异质性分析,为进一步提高数字普惠金融政策实施精准度和有效性提供了重要依据.
A Study on the Impact of Digital Financial Inclusion on Technological Innovation of SMEs and Its Transmission Path
Digital financial inclusion is of great significance in promoting the technological innovation of SMEs,thereby enhancing high-quality economic development in China.Based on panel data of enterprises listed on the NEEQ from 2016 to 2020,this paper examines the impact of digital financial inclusion on the technological innovation of SMEs and its transmission paths using the fixed-effect model and the intermediary effect method.The results show that digital financial inclusion can significantly promote the technological innovation of SMEs and the findings are robust,which is made possible by two paths,reducing corporate financing costs and information asymme-try.Further analysis shows that the degree of digitalization is more effective in promoting technological innovation in SMEs and that digit-al financial inclusion is more effective in promoting technological innovation of SMEs in non-eastern regions and"specialization and inno-vation"SMEs.This paper extends the study of the transmission paths and heterogeneity analysis of the impact of digital financial inclusion on SMEs'technological innovation and provides an important basis for further improving the precision and effectiveness of digital finan-cial inclusion policy implementation in China.
