参与国家重大科技项目提高理工科研究生科研能力的路径研究

参与国家重大科技项目是培养高水平科技人才的重要方式.通过对参与国家重大科技项目理工科研究生的质性研究发现,项目情境预设了科研能力提高的可能性,为理工科研究生科研能力训练提供强有力的组织与资源保障.在参与项目过程中,理工科研究生科研能力从内源性和外源性两方面有实质性提高,同时报国情怀、持之以恒、忘我专注等价值观得到强化,这反过来为科研能力注入新的内生动力,项目情境、参与过程、价值追求之间形成良性互动,从而实现相互促进、动态提升的效果.据此,加强理工科研究生有组织地参与国家重大科技项目,把好育人"生命线",保护"自由空间",注重"全面发展",不仅有助于推动研究生教育高质量发展,更有助于培养大批党和国家需要的高水平科技人才.
Research on the Path of Participating in National Major Science and Technology Projects to Improve the Scientific Research Ability of Science and Engineering Graduate Students
Participating in national major scientific and technological projects is an important way to cultivate high-level scientific and technological talents.Through a qualitative study of science and engineering graduate students participating in national major science and technology projects,it was found that the project context presupposes the possibility of improving their scientific research ability,provi-ding strong organizational and resource guarantees for the training of scientific research ability of science and engineering graduate students.During the process of participating in the project,the scientific research ability of science and engineering graduate students has achieved substantial improvement from both endogenous and exogenous aspects,while the values such as patriotism,perseverance,and selflessness have been strengthened,which in turn inject new endogenous impetus into scientific research capabilities,forming a positive interaction between project scenarios,participation processes,and value pursuits,thereby achieving mutual promotion and dy-namic improvement.Based on this,strengthening the organized participation of science and engineering graduate students in national major science and technology projects,ensuring the"lifeline"of education,protecting the"free space",and emphasizing the"com-prehensive development"not only helps to promote the high-quality development of graduate education,but also helps to cultivate a large number of high-level scientific and technological talents required by the Party and the country.
