摘要

大科学装置是提升国家原始创新能力、解决重大科技问题的重要平台,兼具显著的科学效益与经济效益.已有文献着重于探讨大科学装置的科学效益,而对大科学装置的产业溢出效应、溢出机制及影响因素缺乏系统分析.本文基于知识溢出理论与TOE框架,以160家典型企业为案例样本,运用模糊集定性比较分析法从组态视角开展分析.研究发现:①技术、组织和环境中的任一单一条件均无法构成大科学装置产业溢出效应的必要条件;②存在"组织-环境"双重驱动型和"环境"单向驱动型两种驱动模式;③从要素替代关系看,知识产权保护度和政府财政科技支出在提升产业溢出效应上发挥关键作用.本研究为强化大科学装置产业溢出效应提供有益启示.

Abstract

Large-scale scientific facilities are important platforms for enhancing national original innovation capability and solving major scientific and technological problems,which have both significant scientific and economic benefits.Existing literature focuses on explo-ring the scientific benefits of large-scale scientific facilities,but lacks a systematic analysis of the industrial spillover effects,corre-sponding spillover mechanisms and influencing factors of large-scale scientific facilities.Based on the knowledge spillover theory and TOE framework,this paper takes 160 typical enterprises as case samples and uses the fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis(fsQCA)to carry out analysis from a configuration perspective.The research findings are as follows.①No single condition in technology,organization and environment can constitute a necessary condition for the industrial spillover effect of large-scale scientific facilities.②There are two driving modes named as organization-environment dual driving mode and environment one-way driving mode.③ From the perspective of factor substitution relationship,the degree of intellectual property protection and the government fiscal technology ex-penditure play a key role in enhancing the industrial spillover effect.This study provides beneficial inspirations for strengthening the in-dustrial spillover effect of large-scale scientific facilities.
