The new national system is an adaptive transformation of the traditional national system in the new era.In the critical period of increasingly intensified national competition and national rejuvenation,the new national system has become an important starting point for giving full play to our country's institutional advantages,solving key core technical problems,and realizing national strategic tasks.How to explore the realization of the new nationwide system,especially in major strategic areas such as national security and mili-tary-civilian integration to meet the national strategic needs,has become an important topic that needs to be answered urgently.In view of this,on the basis of in-depth analysis of the internal logic and innovation elements of the new nationwide system to promote the col-laborative innovation of military-civilian science and technology,an analytical framework for the new nationwide system to promote the collaborative innovation of militar-civilian science and technology is constructed from the two levels of organizational system and imple-mentation mechanism,and then through the military-civilian collaborative innovation promote the panoramic review of the new crown vaccine research and development to conduct case exploration and reveal the Chinese experience of the new crown vaccine research and development-take the new nationwide system as the institutional advantage,and position it as a"major national strategic task"as the premise,under the centralized and unified leadership of the Party Central Committee,give full play to the strategic support role of mili-tary-civilian integration,the Chinese way to release the vitality of the socialist market economy.
