Research on the Focus Change and Evolution of China's Digital Economy Policy
China has issued a series of policies for the development of the digital economy,and has formed a relatively complete digital economy policy system,regulating and guiding the orderly and healthy development of the digital economy.In order to reveal the evolu-tion path,internal logic and basic laws of the changes of the digital economy policy system in different periods,this paper conducts text mining and policy analysis of the digital economy policies promulgated at the national level in China from 1977 to 2023 on the basis of constructing the framework of China's digital economy policy system.The study finds the followings.①China's digital economy policy has gone through four stages of evolution including germination,informatization,"Internet+"and digital economy.②The number of policy releases varies significantly in stages,showing overall volatility growth,and policy subjects showing diversified characteristics.③With the innovation and development of information technology and related industries at home and abroad,as well as the china's in-depth un-derstanding of the development of the digital economy,driven by key historical events,the focus of digital economy policies has gradu-ally shifted from basic production and manufacturing to R&D and application.
