中国企业科技向善水平评价体系构建与实证研究

企业科技向善作为引导企业与社会共生共益,增进用户价值与社会福祉的商业准则,受到理论与实务界的广泛关注.然而,已有研究尚未系统性构建评价中国企业科技向善水平的综合指标体系.基于此,本研究从理念文化、行动实践与治理制度三重维度建立评价体系,同时运用熵值法测算中国企业科技向善水平指数.研究结果显示,中国企业科技向善水平指数整体呈现攀升态势,其演进历程可分为初始萌芽阶段、形成共识阶段、快速发展阶段,这主要得益于三重维度的协同作用;中国企业科技向善水平指数呈现企业异质性、行业异质性特点,这与企业间资源禀赋差异性,行业间在环境、社会与治理领域管理强度不同存在潜在关联.
Establishment and Measurement of the Evaluation System of the Level of Corporate Science and Technology for Social Good in China
As a business guideline to guide enterprises to co-exist with society and enhance users'value and social welfare,corporate science and technology for social good has received wide attention from theoretical and practical circles.However,extant studies have not yet systematically established a comprehensive index system to evaluate the level of corporate science and technology for social good in China.The study establishes an evaluation system on the basis of three dimensions of corporate concept and culture for social good,corporate practice for social good,and corporate governance system for social good,and uses the entropy method to measure the level of corporate science and technology for social good in China.The results show that the overall trend of the index of corporate science and technology for social good in China is on the rise.Its evolution can be divided into the initial budding stage,the consensus formation stage and the rapid development stage,which is mainly due to the synergistic effect of the aforementioned three dimensions.Moreover,the index of corporate science and technology for social good in China shows enterprise heterogeneity and industry heterogeneity,which is potentially related to the variability of resource endowment among enterprises and the different intensity of environmental,social and governance management among industries.
