A Review of Strategic Scientists'Research and Prospects for Future Research Topics
While strategic scientists programs have been included in the agenda of China national scientific and technological innovation strategy and talent initiative in the new era,concepts and policy of strategic scientist are emerging academic topics.This paper focuses on and conducts multi-level academic and policy comparative analysis of the three core topics including"characterization of strategic sci-entists""why do we concern strategic scientists now"and"where do strategic scientists come from"and related concepts,and proposes a basic theoretical analysis framework and ten extended sub-topics,which may provide reference and inspiration for in-depth academic discussion,research on rule of talent growth and policy transformation.
