Research on Industry-University-Research Knowledge Sharing Mechanism of High-Tech Shipbuilding Industry Under Uncertain Environment
Under the scenario of uncertainties in the innovation environment,the stable knowledge-sharing mechanism between hetero-geneous innovation agents of enterprises and academic-research institutions in high-tech shipbuilding industry can effectively reduce in-novation risks and improve the overall innovation capability of the industry.Based on the ecosystem perspective,we analyze the knowl-edge-sharing process of enterprises and academic-research institutions in high-tech shipbuilding industry,fully considering the uncer-tainty of the environment.By combining stochastic processes and evolutionary game theory,a stochastic evolutionary game model of knowledge sharing between high-tech shipbuilding enterprises and academic-research institutions is constructed.The stable strategies and influencing factors of knowledge sharing between enterprises and academic-research institutions under uncertain conditions are studied,and numerical simulations are conducted to analyze the optimal strategy.The research shows that the instability caused by stochastic dis-turbances can enhance the evolution rate of knowledge-sharing strategies of both parties in the uncertain environment,high-tech ship-building enterprises always evolve to the knowledge-sharing stable strategy before academic-research institutions,the penalties and knowledge-sharing costs have more influence on the academic-research institutions,and high-tech shipbuilding enterprises are more sensitive to the income distribution coefficient.
