Security Management Strategy and Typical Practice of International Scientific Data Sharing Platform
Under the background of the digital wave and open science,the size and value of scientific data will continue to grow And data security supervision will also continue to improve.These factors objectively determine the importance and urgency of scientific data security work.This paper tried to improve scientific data security management ability effectively.We took the scientific data sharing eco-system as the basic starting point.And we also reviewed the relevant experience and typical practices of representative scientific data centers at home and abroad,such as ICPSR,UKDA and National Earth System Science Data Center.By combing relevant experience and typical practices of representative scientific data centers at home and abroad,such as ICPSR,UKDA and National Earth System Science Data Center,this paper outlined the overall appearance of scientific data security governance,focused on describing the details of data security management strategy of scientific data center,summarized the measures of scientific data security manage-ment.According to the level of security governance,scientific data sharing platform was divided into three types named as deep govern-ance,medium governance and shallow governance.By comparing the security management strategies of scientific data centers at home and abroad,it provided an experience for the security management of scientific data in China.
