新型研发机构创新生态的构建及协调机制研究

通过整合互补资源打造创新生态已然成为新时代背景下科技创新组织提升创新绩效的重要途径.文章以新型研发机构为对象,基于创新生态核心组织及互补组织两个维度,分析其在创新生态构建中互补创新参与者的类型及功能,着重探讨不同参与者形成创新生态的资源化过程及协调机制.研究发现,创新生态不同参与者分别利用构建式前瞻资源化、嵌入式前瞻资源化及协作式前瞻资源化方式构建创新生态;通过研发支撑的共同战略导向机制、政府引导的协同转化机制及兼具公益目标的市场化运营机制使得创新生态能够有效运行;由此归纳出围绕新型研发机构形成的创新生态参与者角色、前瞻资源化类型及协调机制的逻辑框架,以期为中国科技创新组织整合互补资源进行生态化创新提供新的思路.
Construction and Coordination Mechanism of Innovation Ecosystem for New R&D Institutions
Creating an innovation ecosystem by integrating complementary resources has become an important way for science and tech-nology innovation organizations to improve their innovation performance.Taking new R&D institutions as the target,the article analyzes the functions and types of complementary innovation players in the construction of innovation ecosystem based on the dimensions of core and complementary organizations of innovation ecosystem,and focuses on the process of resourcefulness and the coordination mechanism of different players in the formation of innovation ecosystem.The study finds that different players in the innovation ecosystem utilize con-structive strategic resourcing,embedded prospective resourcing,and collaborative prospective resourcing to build the innovation eco-system.Effective operation of the innovation ecosystem is enabled by a common strategy-oriented mechanism supported by research and development,a government-guided synergistic transformation mechanism,and a market-based operation mechanism that leverages in-stitutional advantages.Besides,logical frameworks of the roles of participants in the innovation ecosystem,the types of strategic resour-cing,and the coordinating mechanism around the new R&D institutes are summarized for providing new ideas for Chinese science and technology innovation organizations to integrate complementary resources for ecological innovation.
