Based on the WIOT database of 2016 edition,this paper analyzes the influence and mechanism of digitization on manufactur-ing value capture,and explores the moderating role of the matching degree of human capital and digitization in digitization affecting manufacturing value capture from the perspective of factor combination.The findings are as follows.①Overall,digitization can promote the value capture of manufacturing industry;② From the perspective of digitization sources,the positive effect of domestic digitization on manufacturing value capture is greater than that of foreign digitization;③ From the perspective of industry,digitization has a signif-icantly positive effect on the value capture of low-tech industry,while the effect of digitization on the value capture of high-tech industry is not significant;④ How much human capital deviates from digitization of the industry plays a negative moderating role in digitization affecting the value capture of manufacturing industry.A series of policy implications are put forward accordingly.
