Coupling Mechanism and Empirical Analysis of National High-Tech Zones and High-Tech Industries
There are differences in the internal composition of national high-tech zones and high-tech industries, but the two support and influence each other, and there is a strong internal logical correlation.Under the guidance of high-quality development strategies,it is of great significance to explore the internal relationship and coupling degree between national high-tech zones and high-tech indus-tries.Starting from the coupling mechanism between national high-tech zones and high-tech industries, this paper analyzes the driving mechanism of national high-tech zones for the development of high-tech industries, and the feedback mechanism of high-tech industries for the high-quality development of national high-tech zones. Then,it constructs a comprehensive evaluation index system for national high-tech zones and high-tech industries, uses entropy method to assign weights, and calculates the coupling degree and coupling coor-dination scheduling of the two,and analyzes its characteristics from different perspectives. The empirical results indicate the followings.①the coupling coordination degree of the two subsystems is increasing in the overall trend of the country, but the level of coupling coor-dination scheduling varies in different time intervals. From 2009 to 2011,the coupling coordination level was between barely and low coupling levels, reaching an intermediate coupling level in 2012,and a high coupling type since 2018.②From an annual perspective, the type of coupling coordination degree from 2009 to 2010 was barely coordinated, from 2012 to 2013 it was low coordinated, from 2014 to 2019 it was moderate coordinated, and only reached a high level of coordination in 2020.③From the regional perspective, the coupling coordination values of the eastern, central, and western regions have been higher in recent years than those of the northeastern region, but the overall performance of each region shows an upward trend in fluctuations.
