Deep synthesis technology shows strong versatility,and the technology is embedded in the society to unlock a large number of application scenarios,subvert people's production and life,and derive social security risks as a shadow.The social security risk pattern of deep synthesis technology is characterized by the impact of social order,social stratification and the crisis of social trust.Based on the systematic theoretical framework of man-machine-environment,the generation of social security risk of deep synthesized technology takes risk source,ecological causative factor,and propagation medium as the generating mechanism,and the linkage and superposition of risks such as technological factors,systemic factors,and environmental factors,which make the social security risk present an outbreak and the complexity of governance rise.Based on the theory of agile governance,starting from technical agility,or-ganizational agility and value agility,the agile governance of social security risks of deeply synthesized technologies can be realized through the use of multidimensional combination of governance tools,the construction of multifaceted and synergistic governance sub-jects,and the adherence to the concept of governance of multi-thinking and balancing.
