摘要
以90 家国家级和省级专精特新"小巨人"上市企业为样本,立足于企业培育专利价值的技术(T)、组织(O)、环境(E)三个维度的资源能力禀赋,梳理专利技术价值、法律价值、市场价值和战略价值的影响因素,运用组态思维和QCA方法解构企业专利价值提升的多重并发因素和复杂因果机制,并对典型案例进行验证性分析.研究发现:企业专利价值提升与其技术所处发展阶段相关,共有 3 类提升路径,分别为技术开发阶段的"组织主导型"、市场开拓阶段的"技术-组织主导型"、市场成熟阶段的"技术-组织-环境主导型".研究结论有助于深化企业对多重影响因素协同提升专利价值的理性认识,并为政府培育高价值专利提供实践启示.
Abstract
This paper,takes 90 state-level and provincial-level specialized new'little giant'listed enterprises as samples,combing the influencing factors of patent technology value,legal value,market value and strategic value promotion from the three dimensions of technology(T),organization(O)and environment(E)of enterprise cultivating patent value,and uses configuration thinking and QCA method to deconstruct the multiple concurrent factors and complex causal mechanism of enterprise patent value enhancement,and makes a confirmatory analysis of typical cases.The study found that the enhancement of enterprise patent value is related to the develop-ment stage of its technology.There are three promotion paths named as'organization-led'in the technology development stage,'technol-ogy-organization-led'in the market development stage,and'technology-organization-environment-led'in the market maturity stage.The conclusion helps to deepen the rational understanding of enterprises on the synergistic effect of multiple influencing factors to enhance the value of patents and provide practical enlightenment for the government to cultivate high-value patents.
