摘要
企业成长对于不同类型企业的构成维度存在很大差异,目前学者已经对中国情境下很多类型企业成长的影响因素与作用机制进行了研究和测量,但是针对"民参军"企业,尤其是科技含量较高的"民参军"企业成长机理的相关研究比较缺乏.本文构建并检验了"民参军"硬科技企业成长的理论模型,开发了"民参军"硬科技企业成长及其影响因素的测量量表,采用项目分析和探索性因素分析法筛选确定了正式量表,运用验证性因素分析和平均变异抽取值验证了"民参军"硬科技企业成长的基础变量、中介变量、调节变量的信度、内容效度和结构效度,为政策制定和学术研究提供了可供参考的理论假设模型和有效的测量工具.
Abstract
There are significant differences in the dimensions of enterprise growth for different types of enterprises.Currently,scholars have studied and measured the influencing factors and mechanisms of many types of enterprise growth in the Chinese context.However,there is a lack of research on the growth mechanism of Civil Enterprises Participating in Military Product Development and Production(CEPM).This article constructs and tests the composition of the Growth of Key&Core Technology based CEPM,and develops a meas-urement scale for the growth and influencing factors of the CEPM.The study used project analysis and exploratory factor analysis to screen and determine the formal scale.CFA and AVE were used to verify the reliability,internal validity,and structural validity of the basic variables,intermediary variables,and moderating variables for the growth of CEPM.This study provides a theoretical hypothesis model and effective measurement tool for future research on policies and academic issues related to the growth of CEPM.
