Empirical Study on the Role Positioning of Researchers in the Reform of University Scientific Achievement Entitlement
In the context of innovation and reform in higher education scientific research systems,the transformation of institutional sci-entific achievements has become an important engine for promoting innovation in university research.The comprehensive revision of the"Three Laws"repositions the role of university researchers as knowledge producers,rights holders of results,transformers of outcomes,and sharers of benefits.By conducting exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis to construct a role relationship model for university researchers and testing it,research indicates that there is a mutual influence between the roles of knowledge producers and rights holders,as well as between benefit sharers and outcome transformers.Knowledge producers have a positive significant impact on outcome transformers,and benefit sharers have a positive significant impact on rights holders of results.Based on these findings,corre-sponding countermeasures and suggestions are proposed.
