摘要
基于布迪厄社会场域理论,结合高校科研的实践理路,深入分析高校科研活动体系的具体要素及作用关系,并构建高校科研场域模型.该模型描绘了高校科研的实际形态和逻辑理路,揭示了高校科研的场域结构和动力机制,提供了科研管理关系性思维方法,拓展了全方位多层次视野,为高校科研管理相关政策研究制定、实践路径导向等工作提供了决策参考.
Abstract
Based on Bourdieu's social field theory,combined with the practice of scientific research in universities,this paper deeply analyzes the specific elements and functional relations of the system of scientific research activities in universities,and builds the model of scientific research field in universities.This model describes the actual form and logical path of university scientific research,reveals the field structure and dynamic mechanism of university scientific research,provides a relational thinking method of scientific research management,expands the all-round and multi-level vision,and provides decision-making reference for the work of university scientific research management related policy research and practice path guidance.
