基于创新联合体的科技领军企业升级发展实现过程

科技领军企业主要通过牵头组建创新联合体完成创新使命,实现企业升级发展.本文以华为为研究对象,构建"创新联合体—技术创新—企业升级发展"研究框架,并采用Mantel test明晰不同阶段下领军企业升级发展差异化链路关系并运用NK模型明确具体作用秩序,进一步从动态视角挖掘企业升级规律.结果表明:科技领军企业需科学布局创新联合体特定结构、有秩序开展适配技术创新,推动企业同轨、跨轨、创轨升级发展.企业升级发展实现过程中创新联合体"认知→位置→关系"结构分别表现出顺向、逆向、顺向的布局秩序,技术创新呈现出由关键共性到跨界颠覆、由跨界颠覆到前瞻引领、由前瞻引领重新到关键共性的开展秩序.领军企业持续升级发展时,创新联合体与技术创新分别呈现螺旋式迭代与级联式递进的规律.本研究可为科技领军企业搭建创新联合体、开展技术创新提供针对性指导,并为其升级发展提供预见性决策参考.
Upgrading and Developing Process of Technology Leading Enterprises Based on Innovation Consortium
Technology leading enterprises mainly complete their innovation mission and achieve upgrading and development by leading the formation of innovation consortium.Taking Huawei as the research object,this research constructs the research framework of"Inno-vation Consortium-Technology Innovation-Enterprise Upgrade and Development",and use Mantel test to clarify the differential link re-lationship of leading enterprises'upgrading and development at different stages,and use NK model to clarify the specific order of ac-tion,so as to further explore the law of enterprise upgrading and development from a dynamic perspective.The results indicate that lead-ing enterprises need to scientifically lay out the specific structure of the innovation consortium,carry out adaptive technology innovation in an orderly manner,and promote enterprise's same track,cross track,and innovative track development.In the process of enter-prise upgrading and development,the"cognition→position→relationship"structure of the innovation consortium shows the order of forward,reverse and forward layout respectively.Technology innovation presents the development order"from key commonality to cross-border subversion","from cross-border subversion to forward-looking leadership",and from"forward-looking leadership to key commonality".When the leading enterprises continue to upgrade and develop,the innovation consortium and technology innovation ex-hibit the laws of spiral iteration and cascading progression.This research can provide targeted guidance for technology leading enterprises to build innovation consortium and carry out technology innovation,and provide predictive decision-making references for their upgra-ding and development.
