数智化情境下智能工厂生产组织与协同管理:设计制造一体化协同研发模式

本文在大数据及智能算法飞速发展的环境下,面向智能制造的智能工厂研究与之匹配的面向智能化的管理理论与方法,即与之匹配的产品-生产-服务一体化的优化与控制智能化管理理论、方法及技术.以共享价值网络为理论基础,针对智能工厂运营管理中的智能优化与控制提出智能工厂产品设计管理、生产管理、资源管理和知识发现与管理等4 个内容.通过对智能工厂的产品设计与生产一体化模式、自适应在线设计与生产网络协同机制、生产智能调度与动态优化模型与算法、资源的智能分级与控制、分布式异构环境下制造资源的协同与共享、需求牵引与共享价值理念下的资源管理、智能工厂知识体系构建与管理、基于大数据的资源状态分析与知识发现和面向智能工厂管理的知识发现与应用进行深入研究,以实现智能工厂背景下的智能工厂全生命周期的生产与管理的优化,从而实现智能工厂管理的协同化、智能化、柔性重组、大规模定制水平,最大化智能工厂的资源利用率.为制造企业顺应"中国制造2025"战略规划,实现产品研发、设计、生产、运营的全生命周期管理智能化的运营管理提供一个有理论意义和实践价值的理论和方法体系.
Intelligent Factory Production Organization and Collaborative Management in the Context of Digital Intelligence:Design and Manufacturing Integration Collaborative Research and Development Model
In the environment of rapid development of big data and intelligent algorithms,this article studies the matching management theories and methods for intelligent manufacturing in intelligent factories,that is,matching intelligent management theories,methods and technologies for optimization and control of product production service integration.This article is based on the theory of shared value networks and proposes four contents for intelligent optimization and control in the operation and management of intelligent factories:product design management,production management,resource management,and knowledge discovery and management.By integrating product design and production in intelligent factories,adaptive online design and production network collaboration mecha-nism,production intelligent scheduling and dynamic optimization models and algorithms,intelligent grading and control of resources,collaboration and sharing of manufacturing resources in distributed heterogeneous environments,resource management under the value concept of demand traction and sharing,and construction and management of intelligent factory knowledge system.The resource status analysis and knowledge discovery based on big data and the knowledge discovery and application oriented to intelligent factory manage-ment are studied in depth to realize the optimization of production and management of intelligent factory in the whole life cycle under the background of intelligent factory,so as to achieve the level of collaboration,intelligence,flexible reorganization,and mass customiza-tion of intelligent factory management,and maximize the resource utilization of intelligent factory.It provides a theory and method sys-tem with theoretical significance and practical value for manufacturing enterprises to comply with the strategic plan of"Made in China 2025"and realize intelligent operation management of product R&D,design,production and operation throughout the life cycle.
