中国预算绩效管理研究热点及前沿对科技领域的启示——基于CiteSpace的文献计量分析

摘要
随着中国政府科技投入的不断加大和全面预算绩效管理改革的落实,科技领域预算绩效管理逐渐引起广泛关注.文章以2001-2022 年中文核心数据库中经过数据清洗的3065 篇预算绩效管理相关文献和267 篇科技领域预算绩效管理相关文献为研究对象,采用文献计量的分析方法,运用CiteSpace可视化工具,通过研究预算绩效管理的研究热点和前沿,结合已有研究和实践经验,分析其对科技领域预算绩效管理的启示,探讨预算绩效管理在科技领域可能的发展方向,以期为中国科技领域预算绩效管理的研究提供参考.
Abstract
With the continuous increase of government R&D input and the implementation of comprehensive budget performance man-agement reform in China,the budget performance management of S&T has gradually aroused widespread concern.Based on the Chinese core journal database,this paper uses 3065 documents related to budget performance management and 267 documents related to S&T budget performance management that have been cleaned from 2001 to 2022 as research objects.This paper analyzes the research hotspots and frontiers of budget performance management by using the method of bibliometrics and CiteSpace visualization tool.On this basis,combined with the existing research and practical experience,this paper analyzes the enlightenment of the budget performance evalua-tion research to the S&T field,and probes into the possible development direction of budget performance management in the field of S&T,so as to provide a reference for the research of budget performance management in the field of S&T in China.
