Prediction model of outburst danger based on gas emission law of borehole
The aim of the present work focuses on the accuracy improvement of coal and gas outburst risk prediction in the process of uphill driving in steeply inclined coal seam.Firstly,a borehole gas flow model was established based on Mohr-Coulomb criterion.Secondly, the relationship between initial gas emission and gas pressure was quantitatively analyzed by numerical simulation. Finally, the ZTL20/1000-Z mine flameproof prediction device was used to predict the risk of coal and gas outburst in 111707 uphill heading face of Guizhou Hongxing coal mine. The results show that the initial gas emission of the borehole is positively correlated with the gas pressure, and the correlation coefficient is 0.977 3.The initial gas emission of the borehole can be used as a reference index in predicting coal and gas outburst. With the increase of borehole depth, the initial gas flow of borehole will experience four stages of"stability-increase-decrease-stability".The peak area of borehole gas flow can reflect the risk of coal and gas outburst.
