钢结构格构柱抗侧向冲击性能研究

为了比较不同缀材格构钢柱的抗冲击性能,采用有限元软件ABAQUS建立了数值模型,并与现有试验进行对比,校核数值模拟方法的正确性.构造相同承载力设计值的3种不同规格的缀板和缀条格构柱,分析侧向冲击荷载作用下柱子响应过程中冲击力、侧向位移、能量等的变化规律.结果表明:缀条格构柱平台冲击力较大,冲击能量吸收能力较缀板格构柱提高了1.5~3.4倍,构件抗弯能力更好;缀条格构柱的抗冲击性能与柱分肢间距呈正相关关系;缀板格构柱主要吸能部件为柱肢,占比为85%~92%,缀条格构柱主要吸能部件为缀条,占比为50%~73%.
Research on lateral impact resistance of steel lattice columns
In order to compare the impact resistance of lattice steel columns with different lacing elements,a numerical model was established using the finite element software ABAQUS.The correctness of the numerical simulation method was checked via com-parison with existing experiments.Three different lattice column sizes were constructed with the same load carrying capacity to ana-lyze the changes of impact force,lateral displacement and energy during the response of the columns under lateral impact loading.The results show that,compared with those of the lacing plate lattice column,the plateau impact of the lacing bar lattice column is elevated,the impact energy absorption capacity is 1.5-3.4 times higher,and the bending resistance of the member is better.The impact resistance of the lacing bar lattice column is positively correlated with the spacing of the column limbs.Additionally,the main energy absorbing component of the lacing plate lattice column is the column limbs,accounting for 85%-92%,while the main energy absorbing component of the lacing bar lattice column is the laminated bar,accounting for 50%-73%.
