为研究东南沿海岩质边坡在地震作用下的岩质边坡动力响应,首先对中风化花岗岩相似材料进行配比模拟试验.试验选取铁粉、石英砂为骨料,水泥、黏土、水为调节材料,速凝剂为粘结剂的相似材料配比方案,设计了五因素四水平的正交表,并进行岩石压缩试验.结果表明:黏土质量主要影响相似材料的弹性模量,相似材料的弹性模量随黏土质量的增加而增大;铁粉质量对相似材料的弹性模量和黏聚力均具有重大贡献;水泥质量对相似材料的影响较为稳定;最适宜的振动台试验配比(质量比)为铁粉∶石英砂∶水泥∶黏土∶速凝剂∶水=405∶800∶130∶16∶2.1∶140.该试验以材料为因素变量进行正交设计,所得结论可为其他振动台试验材料模拟提供参考.
Experimental study on the ratio of similar materials of medium-weathered granite in coastal rock slopes
In order to study the dynamic response of rocky slope on the southeast coastal slope under earthquake action,a simulation test of similar material ratio of medium-weathered granite was first carried out.A similar material proportioning scheme,with iron powder and quartz sand as aggregates,cement,clay and water as regulating materials,and quick-setting agent as binder,was selected for the test.A five-factor,four-level orthogonal table was designed and the rock compression tests were carried out.The results show that clay quality mainly affects the elastic modulus of similar materials,and the elastic modulus of similar materials increases with the increase of clay quality.Iron powder quality has a significant contribution to the elastic modulus and cohesion of simi-lar materials.The effect of cement quality on similar materials is relatively stable.The most suitable shaking table test ratio(quality ratio)is iron powder:quartz sand∶cement∶clay∶quick-setting agent∶water=405∶800∶130∶16∶2.1∶140.The results obtained by orthogo-nal design with materials as factor variables can provide a good reference for the simulation of other shaking table test materials.
