压后投产不压井完井作业技术研究

针对套管压裂后下泵投产存在压井液污染储层及带压作业周期长、成本高的问题,以井下控制为核心,以"井下封堵、井口零压"为目标,研制了3套井筒暂闭塞工具,形成了机械式、压控式、可溶式3种不压井完井作业技术,可根据不同井身结构、压裂后关井的井口压力和地层产出情况优选工艺.井筒暂闭塞工具双向承压为35 MPa以上,耐温150℃,可调节开关压差为10~20 MPa,打开后生产通道直径为40 mm以上,适用于外径为139.7 mm的套管.现场应用表明,系列化的不压井完井作业技术可缩短施工周期4~6 d,对储层无污染,保证了压裂效果,可实现快速建产.
Research on the completion technology of pressure balance well for production after fracturing
Facing the problems of reservoir contamination in terms of killing fluid,long operation cycle and high cost of pressure operation during the process of removing the pump after casing fracturing,mechanical,pressure-controlled,and dissolvable tempo-rary blocker of the wellbore were developed in which the downhole control was the key concern to achieve"downhole sealing,well-head zero pressure".Based on this,three types of completion technology of pressure balance well have been developed,which can be optimized based on different wellbore structures,wellhead pressure after fracturing,and formation production.The temporary blockers of the wellbore have a bidirectional pressure bearing over 35 MPa,a temperature resistance of 150℃,an adjustable switch pressure difference of 10-20 MPa,and a diameter over 40 mm after opening.They are suitable for casing production channels with an outer diameter of 139.7 mm.Field application shows that the serialized pressure balance well completion technology possesses the advantages of shortened construction period by 4-6 d,pollution free to the reservoir,fracturing effect ensurance,and rapid production.
