摘要
[目的]探索医学科技期刊高质量发展路径,丰富相关理论成果,着眼提升中国医学科技期刊的国际影响力.[方法]采用文献分析法、数据分析法、案例分析法,遵循"总结世界一流科技期刊基本特征—分析目前存在的主要问题—提出对策与方案"的逻辑思路,对我国医学科技期刊高质量发展遇到的问题和对策可行性进行分析.[结果]明确世界一流科技期刊的定义和特征,对目前存在的出版管理理念落后和对编辑出版辩证关系认识模糊等问题进行深度剖析,提出从坚持正确的办刊方向、加强编辑管理、加强出版管理、加强人才队伍建设等方面提升办刊水平.[结论]我国医学科技期刊建设走向世界一流迎来新的机遇与挑战,高质量发展科技期刊对夯实国家科技与文化基础以及科技强国有着十分重要的意义.医学科技期刊要优化出版管理机制,与国际先进办刊理念接轨,以人为本、守正创新,从而提升服务国家大健康战略和经济社会发展的能力.
Abstract
[Purposes]This paper aims to explore the high-quality development path of medical journals,enrich relevant theoretical achievements,and enhance the international influence of Chinese medical journals.[Methods]Literature analysis,data analysis,and case analysis were carried out to probe into the problems encountered in the high-quality development of Chinese medical journals and the feasibility of countermeasures.The study followed the protocol of summarizing the basic characteristics of worldclass scientific journals,analyzing the main existing problems,and proposing countermeasures and schemes.[Findings]The definition and characteristics of world-class scientific journals are clarified.The existing problems such as outdated publishing management concept and fuzzy understanding of the dialectical relationship between editing and publishing are deeply analyzed.We propose that the journal management should be improved by adhering to the journal positioning and strengthening the editorial management,publishing management,and personnel cultivation.[Conclusions]In the new era,the development of Chinese medical journals in China is faced with both opportunities and challenges.The development of high-quality scientific journals is of great significance for underpinning the progress in science,technology,and culture and building up China's strength in science and technology.Medical journals should optimize the publishing management system,keep in line with the international advanced journal concept,be people-oriented,and prioritize innovation without losing integrity,so as to enhance the ability of Chinese medical journals to serve the national health strategy and economic and social development.
