摘要

[目的]探寻普通科技期刊策划出版高质量专刊的可行路径.[方法]以普通科技期刊《地球科学与环境学报》为例,采用统计数据评价2021年至今出版的9期精神传承型专刊的出版效果.[结果]与2020-2023年出版的其他期次相比,《地球科学与环境学报》同时期出版的9期精神传承型专刊的学术质量有明显提高.[结论]对于普通科技期刊,策划出版精神传承型专刊是提升学术影响力的重要路径;将优质专家列为重点组稿对象能提高约稿成功率;从严执行"三审三校"制度是出版高质量专刊的重要保障;开展丰富的外在呈现形式设计能提升专刊传播效果;充分发挥编辑的主观能动性是出版高质量专刊的重要机制.

Abstract

[Purposes]This paper aims to find the feasible path for the publishing of high-quality special issues by general scientific journals.[Methods]We evaluated the academic influences of nine anniversary-themed special issues published by Journal of Earth Sciences and Environment(JESE)from 2021 to 2023 based on statistical data.[Findings]Compared with other issues published from 2020 to 2023,the nine special issues demonstrated improved quality.[Conclusions]For general scientific journals,publishing anniversary-themed special issues is a key path to improve the academic influences of the journals.Keeping connection with experts contributes to the success rate of paper commissioning.The three-level review and three-times proofreading system provides a guarantee for the quality of special issues.Diverse design on external presentation of special issues can boost the publishing effects.The subjective initiative of editors is essential for publishing high-quality special issues.
