摘要
[目的]梳理我国人文社科预印本平台建设的问题、原因,探讨如何有效建设和发展预印本平台,以支持中国特色哲学社会科学的构建和发展.[方法]通过文献梳理、网络调研和问卷调查,分析我国人文社科预印本平台的特色和建设问题.[结果]我国对人文社科预印本平台的实践探索不足;预印本平台的价值尚未得到人文社科领域的充分重视;人文社科学者和期刊编辑对预印本平台存在诸多顾虑;人文社科预印本相关的政策保障措施缺乏.[结论]建立中国自主的人文社科预印本平台;加强预印本平台与期刊的业务协同合作;应用AI技术消除学者和期刊编辑的顾虑;构建人文社科预印本平台的政策体系.
Abstract
[Purposes]This article aims to identify the challenges and underlying reasons in the construction of preprint platforms for humanities and social sciences(HSS)in China.It then explores the effective pathways to building and advancing preprint platforms to support the development of philosophy and social sciences with Chinese characteristics.[Methods]A comprehensive approach involving literature review,online research,and questionnaire survey was used to analyze the characteristics and construction obstacles of preprint platforms in HSS in China.[Findings]The study reveals several key findings:insufficient practical exploration of preprint platforms in HSS;inadequate attention to the value of preprint platforms in HSS;concerns among scholars and journal editors regarding preprint platforms;and a lack of policy safeguards related to preprints in HSS.[Conclusions]To address these issues,it is necessary to establish China's independent preprint platforms for HSS,foster collaboration between preprint platforms and journals,apply AI technology to resolve the concerns of scholars and journal editors,and construct a policy framework for preprint platforms in HSS.
