Factors affecting user satisfaction in knowledge services of enhanced publications of academic journals
[Purposes]By refining and analyzing the factors affecting user satisfaction in knowledge services of enhanced publications of academic journals,this paper discusses the improvement and development of knowledge services of enhanced publications of academic journals,so as to help the knowledge production and dissemination of academic journals.[Methods]Users of academic journals were invited to search,download,and read the papers of enhanced publications in their respective disciplines on CNKI,and then in-depth interviews about the knowledge service experience of enhanced publications were conducted.The interview data were encoded by the grounded theory,and the factors affecting user satisfaction in knowledge services of enhanced publications of academic journals were extracted.The DEMATEL model was used to construct the relationship matrix of the factors affecting user satisfaction,and the key influencing factors were determined.[Findings]The factors that affect user satisfaction in knowledge services of enhanced publications of academic journals are concentrated on the content,function,and interactive application.The key factors include the platform's functional support for knowledge services of enhanced publications,the content of enhanced publications,and the presentation and application mechanism of enhanced publications,etc.[Conclusions]Based on the knowledge application process of knowledge processing,knowledge acquisition,and knowledge reproduction,the knowledge services of enhanced publications can be optimized through content media fusion,open search and association,and large language model empowerment.
