摘要
[目的]研究学术视频出版规范及审查机制,为我国科技期刊出版学术视频提供有效的解决方案.[方法]首先,结合平台和文献调研,全面扫描国内外学术出版领域的视频业务,确定本研究范畴;其次,对当前国际出版机构、重要领域刊物、学术团体以及相关服务商的政策文件、标准规范、产品/服务等进行剖析;最后,总结具有普适性和可操作性的学术视频出版规范与审查机制.[结果]针对学术视频出版中的制作规范、元数据标准及技术指标、内容审查机制、发布与托管等方面提出普适性规范.[结论]科技期刊借助视频增强的方式有助于提升品牌影响力和学术声誉.
Abstract
[Purposes]This paper studies the norms and review mechanism of academic video publishing and provides effective solutions for the development of academic video content in scientific journals in China.[Methods]Firstly,we comprehensively scanned the landscape of academic video publishing both domestically and internationally,utilizing platform data and literature research to define the scope of this study.Secondly,we analyzed policy documents,standard norms,products/services offered by international scientific publishers,major field journals,academic groups,and relevant service providers.Finally,we summarized universally applicable and operational norms and review mechanisms for academic video publishing.[Findings]A specific solution is proposed for production norms,metadata standards and technical indexes,content review mechanism,and publishing and hosting in academic video publishing.[Conclusions]Video publishing can contribute to enhancing the brand impact and academic reputation scientific journals.
